I am very happy to know that Karoooome games are being translated into English!
Karoooome's games deserve to be more popular than they already are. It's fantastic that the creator makes absorbing stories with deep themes into games as short as five minutes.
Karoooome's art is unique and recognizable, and the character designs are adorable.
Please, if you haven't played Karoooome games before, please play it. It's so short that anything I say could be a spoiler, so I can only say that the game takes a totally unexpected plot twist at the beginning. Please play it.
I had to play this on the creators website because I didn't know how to progress after I pressed start. Though the website version did work, I was confused on what the story was at the end because I am obviously not Japanese. But I do like the artstyle though

May I ask how to operate the game? After pressing "Start", a menu image appears, but pressing any key does not respond to the game
